We are pleased to announce that Centreville Endodontics will participate in a research study “Predicting Outcomes of Root Canal Treatment” with the National Dental Practice-Based Research Network and sponsored by the National Institutes of Health. The purpose of this study is to determine if a patient has pain, and which factors are related to pain, following root canal treatment. Approximately 90 Dental and 46 Endodontic practices throughout the United States are participating in this study. Patients who present for treatment at our office may be asked if they are interested in participating in the study.  The study is observational and does not change the patient’s treatment. Enrolled patients will receive some compensation for their time in answering surveys.  

For referring doctors- since your patient may bring this to your attention, we want to make you aware of the circumstances.
