Dr. Michael Pascal recibió su DDS de la Universidad de Maryland, Baltimore Colegio de Cirugía Dental. Después de dos años en la práctica como un dentista general, asistió a la Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine at Boston University where he received both his Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies and his Master’s of Science in Dentistry. After 10 años como un especialista en endodoncia, he attended the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and was awarded an MBA. 10 años después, pasó por el proceso de llegar a ser certificado por la junta por la Junta Americana de Endodoncia. Se mantiene membresía en la Asociación Americana de Endodoncia, el Colegio de Diplomados, la Asociación Dental Americana, and the DC Dental Society. He was a founding member of the Schilder Institute for the Advancement of Endodontics – an homage to the Director of his graduate program and one of the most influential educators in the field of endodontics in the late 20^º siglo.
